Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At American Roots Outdoors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help.


2. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must have a receipt or proof of purchase


The following items are non-returnable:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Downloadable digital content


3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at Lynda.rutledge1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.


5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please first check your bank account and contact your credit card company. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
