Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Standard Shipping (US): 5-10 business days
- Expedited Shipping (US): 2-3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high volume periods.
3. Shipping Destinations
American Roots Outdoors currently ships within the United States. If you are located outside the US and would like to place an order, please contact us at Lynda.rutledge1@gmail.com to discuss options.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to track your package.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
American Roots Outdoors is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 7 days of delivery at Lynda.rutledge1@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately before the order is processed.
